FISH RAVIOLI WITH MISO CREAM
(~160g ravioli with 100g sauce)

Our original creation! 
Our hand rolled and cut ravioli is filled with Japanese Madai fresh from Ehime, mixed with an edamame puree, wrapped and cut one by one with hand.
Our miso cream gives a beautiful lift to the fish ravioli, taste the flavor of an elegant dashi, white miso, cheese and butter.
 

How do I cook them at home?

All our pastas and sauces are rapid frozen right after shaped & packaged.
 

For the pasta, simply put into boiling salted water (10g for 1L water) in frozen condition. 
 

For the sauce, soak the whole pack into warm water to de-freeze a bit, then
i) simply put into the pan to heat it;
ii) place the bag in another pot of boiling water to heat it up;
iii) cut a hole and microwave for 3 minutes

 

Once pasta is cooked according to instruction on pack, transfer the pasta to a pan with the sauce and mix. The pasta will soak in the flavor of the sauce and taste wonderful.
