About Shipping

To ensure food safety, all our packages are handled by cool express- freezer service. All products are stored at -15 to -18 degrees celsius during transportation upon leaving our storage facility. We suggest you to place the product in freezer as soon as possible upon receive to ensure food quality.

About shipping time
We accept and process orders on weekdays.
We will mail within 2 business days. If there is any request on delivery timing, please let us know.
For orders received during weekends, we will process on Mondays.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped with a tracking link.
 
If any urgent request, please contact our customer service for special arrangement, depending on availability of stock and shipping schedule arrangement.

About Shipping Costs
For <2kg, a 1000 yen flat rate is charged.
(A pasta set for 1px falls into this range)
 
For 2kg-5kg, a 1500 yen flat rate is charged.
(A pasta set for 2 px falls into this range)

For 5kg above, a 1900 yen flat rate is charged.

Our shipping calculator will show the amount of shipping cost during check out. 
 

Return and Refund Policy

​1. Returns

  • Due to the nature of product, we do not accept return of products. 
    However, if there is any quality issue with the product you received, please contact our customer service through email at pasta.playground.info@gmail.com.
     
    In the email, please briefing describe the problem you encountered, with photo supporting for us to understand the problem concerned. 
    We will get back you as soon as possible and provide the best post-sales handling for you.

 
2. Refunds

  • Should there be any approved case of refund, please allow at least 5 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take
    1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your chosen payment supplier. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

  • We may update this return policy periodically. Please review it regularly. We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. However, we have no obligation to update any information on our Services.
