Gnocchi with red shrimp tomato sauce
(~110g gnocchi with 170g sauce)
 
Red Shrimps with intense flavor, fried with aromatic herbs, added to a beautifully pot of pomodoro sauce mixed with red shrimp consommé. 
If you top with some mozzarella cheese to the dish at home, they almost look like little snowballs in a christmasy pot of luxurious pasta.
 
To enhance the Christmas vibes, we also added tri-colors for our gnocchi with spinach and beetroot food powder. Fun to look, great to taste!
 
How do I cook them at home?
All our pastas and sauces are rapid frozen right after shaped & packaged.
 
For the pasta, simply put into boiling salted water (10g for 1L water) in frozen condition. 

For the sauce, soak the whole pack into warm water to de-freeze a bit, then simply put into the pan to heat it.
 
Once pasta is cooked according to instruction on pack, transfer the pasta to a pan with the sauce and mix. The pasta will soak in the flavor of the sauce and taste wonderful.
