PASTA MAKING CLASS
A practical session that all pasta types can be re-make at home with simple tools. Classes range from 2-6 hours, covers 1-3 types of pastas with sauce making.

Pasta fundamentals (types of flour, types of pasta, origins of different pasta)

Dough mixing kneading

Pasta shaping (with hand and with machine)

Choices among egg pasta, eggless pasta, gnocchi etc.

Choices among stuffed, short cut, long cut, or baked pasta

Classes are conducted in Tokyo. Lesson area will be in Meguro/ Minato/ Shibuya-ku, depending on requested time. If you would like to have the class in other areas, please remark in the comments session, we will see if any special arrangement can be made.
