The perfect primi to share between 2-4 people! (each pack contains around 10-12 pieces).
 
Our hand rolled and cut ravioli is filled with salmon and ricotta cheese from Italy, a luxurious Christmas flavor mixed with fresh dill from the market as filling.
Our miso cream gives a beautiful lift to the ravioli, taste the flavor of an elegant dashi, white miso, cheese and butter.
 
How do I cook them at home?
All our pastas and sauces are rapid frozen right after shaped & packaged.
 
For the pasta, simply put into boiling salted water (10g for 1L water) in frozen condition. 
 
For the sauce, soak the whole pack into warm water to de-freeze a bit, then simply put into the pan to heat it.
 
Once pasta is cooked according to instruction on pack, transfer the pasta to a pan with the sauce and mix. The pasta will soak in the flavor of the sauce and taste wonderful.
