This dish features a slow‑cooked Yonezawa pork ragù, simmered gently with tomatoes until the meat becomes tender and silky. The natural fattiness of the pork melts into the sauce, creating a luxurious, almost glossy texture—una bella cremosità—perfectly lifted by the bright, briny snap of capers. The result is a balanced, deeply satisfying ragù that clings lovingly to each gnocchetto.
Each pack comes with a frozen sauce pack and frozen pasta pack for 1 person portion.
How to prepare:
1) Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
2) Cook the gnochetti for 7 minutes.
3) In a separate pan, gently heat the sauce pack over medium heat with the lid on. Transfer the cooked gnochetti into the pan with the sauce.
4) Add a splash of pasta water and a swirl of olive oil. Stir and cook together for 2 more minutes until the sauce clings to the pasta and everything is beautifully coated.
